Thank you Mc D

McDonald’s or simply McD, is an American hamburger and fast food restaurant chain. It was founded in 1940 as a barbecue restaurant operated by Richard and Maurice McDonald. McDonald’s is the world’s leading global foodservice retailer with more than 33000 locations serving approximately 64 million customers in 118 countries each day.

Quality, Service, Cleanliness & Value McDonald’s is driven by the philosophy of                       Quality, Service, forthand Cleanliness & Value for Money. This translates into a commitment to provide customers high quality products, served quickly with a smile, in a clean and pleasant environment at an affordable price. This effectively means that the McDonald’s menu is priced at a value that the largest segment of the Indian consumers can afford while at the same time ensuring that quality is not sacrificed for value – rather McDonald’s leverages economies to minimize costs while maximizing value to customers.

Course : Snacks

Cuisine : Indian – Prep Time : 45 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes –  Total Time : 1 hour 5 minutes – Servings : 2 to 3

for the aloo tikki: (makes 5 to 6 aloo tikkis)
3 medium sized potatoes Or 300 grams potatoes
½ teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder Or 1 to 2 green chilies finely chopped
½ teaspoon coriander powder (dhania powder)
½ teaspoon cumin powder (jeera powder)
¼ teaspoon dry ginger powder (saunth) Or ¼ teaspoon minced ginger
¼ teaspoon chaat masala powder
1.5 to 2 tablespoon corn starch or rice flour or arrowroot flour or add as required
2 to 3 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves (dhania patta)
2 tablespoon oil for frying the tikkis or as required
salt as required

for the rotis: ((makes 4 to 5 rotis)
1 cup whole wheat flour (atta)
1 teaspoon oil
water as required
salt as required

for the sweet raita:
1 cup fresh curd whisked (yogurt or dahi)
⅔ to ¾ tablespoon sugar or add as required for more sweetness
½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder (bhuna jeera powder)
¼ teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder
¼ teaspoon chaat masala or as required
2 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves (dhania patta)

for the frankie stuffings:
1 small to medium onion, thinly sliced
1 medium carrot, grated (you can also add your choice of veggies)
2 to 3 pinches of salt for the onions

preparing the aloo tikki:
1. steam potatoes in a steamer, electric cooker or pressure cooker. the potatoes have to be completely cooked.
2. when the potatoes are still warm or cooled down, peel and grate them in a bowl.
3. add kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, dry ginger powder or minced ginger, corn starch,
chaat masala and salt. instead of corn starch, you can also add bread pulp (soaked and squeezed bread slices), rice
flour or arrowroot flour. a point to remember is that when you add corn starch, the potato has to be cooled down
completely. otherwise the mixture becomes sticky, if corn starch is added to hot or warm potatoes.
4. mix everything well.
5. divide the mixture into small or medium shaped patties. you can apply some oil on your palms when making the
patties or tikkis.
6. heat 2 tbsp oil till its medium hot in a tava or a shallow frying pan. gently place the aloo tikkis and pan fry them.
7. when one side of tikki becomes golden and crisp, turn over and fry the other side of tikki.
8. gently flip for a couple of times till the aloo tikkis are golden and crisp evenly.
9. once done, then drain the aloo tikkis on paper towels to remove excess oil. pan fry all the tikkis this way and keep

preparing the rotis:
1. when the potatoes are cooking, need 1 cup of whole wheat flour with oil, salt and water to a smooth dough. cover
and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
2. take medium sized balls from the dough and roll to a thin chapati on a lightly dusted rolling board.
3. place a a tava/griddle inverted on the stove top. its easier to lift thin rotis on an inverted tava. you can also cook the
rotis the way you cook them regularly on a tava.
4. gently place the rolled thin chapati on the hot tava. when you see small blisters and bubbles appearing, flip and cook
the other side. you can flip a couple of times, till the roti is cooked well. however, don’t over do since the rotis are
thin and they be will become crisp like papads, if you do extra roasting.
5. apply some oil if you want. make rotis this way and stack them up in a roti basket. cover and keep aside.

preparing the other stuffings and raita:
1. in another bowl, add some salt to sliced onions. mix and keep covered for 15 to 20 minutes. mixing salt reduces the
pungency of the onions.
2. prep by grating carrots and keep aside.
3. whisk or beat the curd/yogurt till smooth. add roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, salt & sugar,
coriander leaves in the whisked curd. mix well and refrigerate.
assembling aloo tikki frankie:
1. in a plate, place one roti. place two tikkis in the center of the roti.
2. top the tikkis with the grated carrots and sliced onions.
3. pour the sweet yogurt raita.
4. sprinkle some chaat masala on top.
5. bring together both the sides of the roti and secure with a tooth pick. prepare all frankies this way.
6. serve aloo tikki frankies immediately with the remaining yogurt raita

Level 0 – Imtiaz’s Inspiration

Do you remember the scene in Jab We Met where Shahid speak about future of his company. Guess, no one.. I spoke with many people regarding this but no one seems remembered. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get any links of that movie online. Well, those lines are really inspirational and I still believe in them.

When you lose everything and you have nothing, there is nothing worse to happen than that so eventually you gonna rise..

I can’t say exactly this is the line but the content is same. Simple maths and Deep life thought. I always cross check myself with this. Truly, simply think when you are at a point of 0 emotion, which feelings gonna hurt you. When you are at zero emotional point, you’ve no expectations, no disappointments, no reason for seeking glory or feeling proud.

In the same way, when you lose everything and becomes Zero. You gonna have nothing but something to gain. So try to be grounded and check yourself with Zero level.

Drawing a larger line beside yours isn’t a sin. Keep your head up and draw it. Rethink and Kick the hurdles. Live the life King size

Wish purely unlike most of them do in marriages ” Congrats darling!! Yeh kuttho ko ache ladka/ladki mil gaya.. Cosh, jeethe raho >.< ” 😛

P.S : I’m on level  1 and expecting to drop at level 0 by expecting something to gain. It’s something seems illusory but not. #Mirage #FairTwister

Amitabh Bachchan

One name who doesn’t need an introduction. Amitabh Bachchan.. The brand 😉

At the age of 74, this 6 ft super star deserves much more respect and love from this generation since it is seldom to find one like him. What a grand pa he was!! Lucky Aaradhya and Navya.. Forget about the Angry young man on-screen, Superior actor, Stardom he has. Above all, the way he inspires by the way he live teaches most of us is truly epic.

What makes Legendary is this.. One need not to be fair enough to rule the world or give something these days, cos no one cares.

He is dynamic. The way he started ABCorp and the second life with Kaun Banega Crorepati  when he is going through a bad phase is real life inspiration.

He is a perfect blogger. Writes every day sharing his life experiences and many more. Earlier he wrote a letter to his grand daughters Navya Nanda and Aaradhya Bachchan advising them to lead their lives the way they want and never get down by societal demands and expectations.

3 days back, he wrote another post to his grand daughter Aradhya in his tumblr blog :

DAY 3154

Jalsa, Mumbai Nov 16, 2016 Wed 11:17 pm

The most beautiful grand-daughter in the whole wide world celebrates her birth today though she turns 5, her countenance lingers close to 55 ! The children of this generation are so .. extraordinarily bright, self-assured, and knowing all that happens around them .. and more ..

Innocence on their faces is nothing to go by .. they know they have they are accomplished .. no coochi – cooing shall ever be able to get a response that a coochi-coo, would contemplate to give ..

They shall look at your face with that utmost expression of lingering ‘ who what where ‘ and then suddenly slam you with a comment that shall perhaps give you sufficient time to register and get back ..

The concentration that engulfs their thought process, is far superior to any of the giant computer systems that the world may have invented to register, calibrate and store all that the world speaks or makes noises of .. but rest assured that all your jargon or speech therapies that they seem to be paying attention to is a register of their actual thoughts .. no ..

Their actual thoughts are probably at the proceedings that happen elsewhere .. the attitudes that others play up in her presence, her own interpretation of them .. which one shall never be able to gauge, and which shall be used at an appropriate time and place .. unknown to us, yet known when it occurs ..

Who really are we to decide what is there for them .. what is their feel of matters .. why do they indulge in such manner .. we never can tell .. their Mother’s can at times, but not us .. that then is the exclusivity of the 5 year old .. !!

The grandmother temperament at the age of 5 going on 50 ..

And it is love .. love of the gentleness of their presence .. love of their warm cuddle .. love of their concern at times of concern .. and the love of their love for us .. those little gestures, those endearing modes of conduct .. and their softness ..

Such a sweet person right.. I wish to meet him at least once and get into a conversation with those caressing words pampering like his own kids 😛 I love tales as of the trailers shown in Love you zindagi.. In fact, when your parents or grand parents tell those tales, you won’t get bored unless they puke 😛 😛

Little Things – Web series

Dice Media launched a five-episode romantic comedy web series titled ‘Little Things’ on 26 October. The series is directed by Ajay Bhuyan, written by Dhruv Sehgal, with music by Neel Adhikari.

Must watch for a great break through from routine boring life

It revolves around protagonists Dhruv (a Delhi boy in Mumbai and a post-doc researcher) and Kavya (a bubbly Nagpur girl and a sales representative) who live together in Mumbai and appreciate the little things in their lives instead of waiting for big moments to happen.

The series is not about the start or end of a love story, it is about all the small, everyday moments that make the core of every relationship.

Mithila Palkar and Dhruv Sehgal are the cast. They really turned it so good 🙂

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil

This is my first post over a film and is not a commercial one. Being a movie buff, couldn’t resist anymore longer to share this. I know many people shared their reviews but I hope this isn’t like anyone of it.

The Godfather of criticism (in my view) RGV says, impact of a movie stays for 48 hours. Well I’ve crossed it and still I’m pretty excited to post this.. You can imagine the impression it lasted on me. Pretty connected.

We movie lovers need not a movie to be good or bad, just a movie, 180 mins of other world 😉  and this time Kjo really fulfilled it. We’ll find ourselves at some point or in full plot or our friends even while watching the movie.

Cutting out simply, Adhm is Cucking frazy at first and Dramatic love at the end. It’s Kjo man. His films will not have super action scenes 😋

Fawad is hot. Lisa Haydon in the beginning burns the screen. Couple of hilarious scenes from her makes you relax at the beginning.

From Kkhh to adhm, kjo never forgot the imitation reactions between friends 😂 Alizea khan, Anushka Sharma character really a hook to the story. I’ve never felt that she can act like this. Her sophistication and confidence in the character (though doesn’t shown her career in a big way) makes you crazy. Buddy.. Chemistry between Ranbir and Aishwarya Rai made my jaw dropping.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.. What a woman!! At this age, after a long time, such a comeback. She blows off your mind. Her eyes while watching painting in the art gallery and lips  while reading her book 💖

The emotional fight scenes between anushka sharma and ranbir is truly well defined. A plot shouldn’t ignore.

Music is a big asset.. Break up song leaves you in one mode and when another one Channa leaves you somewhere. Bulleya gives you break in a tight film but title track, Ranbir expressions.. Woah Rockstar is back 😎Particularly, Arijit Singh had done a great job. Trust me you don’t know how fast the 1st half ended 😂

That saree scene on the mountain is my fav. Truly, pink(red) hot and I couldn’t stop giggling for Ranbir’s action. Now I realises there are plenty of funny scenes which people seems over acted 😎 Never mind folks. I loved it, Hope you’ll too..

Blimey, at the end you’ll wipe your eyes accepting the movie title and appreciate Alizea’s individuality, at the same time you’ll scold her 😋 standing in Ranbir’s shoes 😉
